It seems like you've already had the skills in reskinning the ragdoll, so you should know about how that all works out. So, once you've got your hexed model, that's the model that you're going to be modifying and reskinning. FPSB isn't the best place for Gmod information. If you need any clarification, be sure to ask around for that. There's quite a few good tutorials out there on how to do so, including one on here (which is somewhere. What you're doing right now is conceptually similar, but technically flawed (There are more steps to a proper hex). So, what you need to do is Hex your ragdoll, so that you'll take your original, and make a clone of it.
